I have decided for now, I do not want to put chemicals in my body, nor wean my body from them when I decided to TTC again. I recently suffered a miscarriage, and while DH and I want another baby, we aren't 100% sure when we're going to TTC since this loss is pretty hard on us.
I haven't charted previously, but think it is the best option for us. How do you begin charting after a miscarriage? I have the book Taking Charge of Your Fertility, but am still a little confused.
