ivf - menopur instructions

Please help. I am about to start the ivf medications and am freaking out about the Menopur. how do i mix it, how do i mix the water ampules with the little vials of powder. i am supposed to use four vials with 2 water ampules. scared i am going to do it wrong and it will be my fault cause i messed it up.

41alreadymom, I went through IVF. They had me use something called a Q-cap: did they give you that? I actually mixed Gonal-F into the menopur along with saline solution they gave me. It's been over a year since I did it, so I don't remember the amounts. ps - my RE walked me through how to do all the shots with sample vials. Can you call them and ask for a demo? They really should do that for you, imo.
