Need fair priced books for midwifery

I am starting the Midwifery school Of The Rockies and I am looking for books. I looked on Amazon but some of them are so expensive. Does anybody know of a place to go to find them at a good price of have some they could sell for a reduced price?

Look around and do your best; but really, the prices are in accordance with academic books, medical, nursing, engineering, science, etc.

The Anne Frye books may be expensive but they're totally worth it. I love her writing.

Half.com has some decent prices on most of the expensive midwifery books. It depends on what condition you want them in, but the prices are usually much cheaper than Amazon even for "like new" quality, and usually 1/5th the price if "acceptable" is fine with you.

Absolutely. Best money I have ever spent on books. Ever.

Sometimes you can find good deals on Ebay when a mw student changes her mind and sells off a cache of books. That's how I have bought most of my library.
