How Long Can Colostrum Be Frozen For?

My 12 mo. babe has an ear infection and I just found some frozen colostrum from last June in the freezer.  Is it safe to give her.  BTW, she still is a nursing babe so it not like she isn't getting anything good without it *LOL*
