My hubby got transferred and before we can join him I have to sell our seven acre place in Madison, GA. Three-bed plus XL office, 2.5 bath. We have eight laying hens, an amazing organic garden (three XL wood-rimmed raised beds and two large boxes plus a big strawberry bed) all picket fenced and wired in to protect from critters. There is a three car garage for all your gear and TONS of room to roam! The front yard is a soccer field the back yard is a putting green, the traffic is non-existent and the price is AMAZING. Love your house!!!  I wish I could rent/buy it...I love Madison....well visiting, never lived there before :)
