Post-partum, hair falling out?

I'm four months post partum and having a lot of hair loss! Tuffs of hair. Is this normal? Am I missing something in my diet?

It was normal for me. It was in two spots only and ended about six months pp.

Exactly what happened with me too. My hair loss was really bad with my second child. Have you had your thyroid checked? Mine always goes bonkers after pregnancy too. Getting that under control will help with hair loss if it's an issue with you.

Usually normal. I had it for months after my births (starting at about 3 months PP) and it lasted a couple of months.

When your pregnant, the shedding phase of hair growth doesn't happen, so once baby is born and everything normalizes, you lose the extra hair. Plus hormones.
