Pediatric Crowns in NYC

My son needs to get a crown on his bottom first premolar (tooth right after the canine tooth).  As you might image, I am horrified at the idea of him having an unsightly stainless crown for the next 6 years!!! (He is 6 and his permanent tooth there won't come in until he's about 12). I know there are tooth colored pediatric crowns available (NuSmile, Kinder Krowns, etc) but I can't seem to find a pediatric dentist in NY who does these for other than the front teeth.  Does anyone know of any pediatric dentists in the NYC area (I am also willing to travel to nearby states if necessary!) who will do this on a premolar?  Also, any reviews on NuSmile, Kinder Krowns or other similar products for posterior teeth would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you in advance :)
