I use the combined baby shampoo/soap and intend to keep doing it indefinitely (DD is 10 months old now).  I have some Little Twig shampoo/soap that I love and have been using since she was born (that stuff lasts a seriously long time!).  I also have some Desert Essence Organics foamy shampoo/soap that I used once--it seems fine, but I'm saving it for when my beloved Little Twig soap runs out, so I don't know much about it.
