If so, how many and how often?
I do 2 yolks in one 8oz glass of raw jersey milk per child per day. I'm reading conflicting opinions on binders in raw egg inhibiting absorption of B12 and other b vitamins. What are your thoughts? Do you think consuming them can make one deficient or ill in the long term?
I decided to do raw after my toddler refused to eat eggs at all. But she will happily drink her light orange milk.
