Not Vaccinating in Chicago

If you don't vaccinate and live in Chicago or the suburbs, has it affected your kid's ability to attend camps, play sports, etc... or do they take religious exemptions, too? I'm having a middle of the night second doubts.

Hey revolting!! I've had no problems. My kids have done lots of park district programs including preschool and they either asked for nothing or for preschool we had to have a doc fill out the IL Department of Health form. We just put on there that we had had no vaxes and they never even asked for a letter. My son's going into Kindergarten this year, so I expect they'll ask for a letter, but we're ready for that.

Never any problems. We do religious exemption.
