I am not 100% sure if i took two prenaplus today or not. I was reading about iron overdoses just in case. Should i wait a week before i try to conceive again? There are 27mg of iron in one pill. I usually take them after i eat but i was distracted. I did a pill count and i was 1 short. Either the pharmacy gave me one less pill or i took two by accident. I just filled a pill box so this wont happen again.

I would not worry over one extra pill.  It takes awhile for iron to build up in your system.  :)

If you were treating for iron deficiency you'd take way more than that every day and it would still take a long time to get your levels normal. I wouldn't expect anything except possible constipation. Even that isn't likely!
