Exhaustion in the very marrow of my bones

First trimester exhaustion I understand. Every pregnancy  I am wiped in my first trimester, second trimester I perk up a bit, third trimester I'm tired because I'm lugging a basketball around in my belly.
But this pregnancy I cannot even begin to describe the exhaustion. It is like nothing I've experienced before.  With my previous pregnancies I couldn't get through the day without a nap. Now I can't get through the morning without a nap... and then can't get through the afternoon without a nap...and then I'm ready for bed by 6:30 pm when my littles go to sleep. I'm not even voluntarily  napping... if I sit down I fall asleep. Today I fell asleep standing up doing dishes!

I talked to a friend of mine who is pregnant with her 10th and she said that it could be related to the number of pregnancies I've had (I've had a lot of losses) She said she found pregnancies 6 & on were particularly exhausting.

Anyone experience this bone crushing exhaustion? Any ideas/suggestions?

I'm sorry you've been feeling so rough! I guess I would see a doctor to rule out things like thyroid issues, etc.

I'm not falling asleep standing up, but it's close. Extreme effort to wake up and move at all. It's pregnancy # 6, 4th kid for me. I thought it was mostly b/c I'm older and busier, but who knows. My last pregnancy it didn't really let up in the 2nd trimester-I'm really hoping that doesn't happen again. Hope it passes soon for you!
