I wonder if there is a way to count how many of the 217 are very active?

I wonder if some of them are just lurkers or didn't really know what mothering.com is all about and jump ship when they realize it's not mainstream.  I know in  a few of my other ddc's here in past years I signed up and then was just a lurker not a participant.

I can chime in as one of the 217 :)  I was much more active back in 2009 with my first baby, but this time around, I think the forum digest mechanics have changed a lot.  I don't get one everyday, and when I do, it's just the topic headlines - I feel like before you got more info.  I'm not online all the time, so I tend to just skim the digest and click through when there is a post that particularly interests me.

Lurker here...I've been through a lot this past year that has really shaken my confidence.  I check in regularly and I'm loving this group though technically I'm not a participant...yet.  Working on it!
