Do you know of a Waldorf-style school that is Catholic/Christian?

In my fantasy world, my kids would be able to attend a fabulous Catholic school that uses a Waldorf-style approach.  Thinking about this has got me wondering if such a school exists anywhere in the US.  Does anyone know of such a school? Or perhaps a Catholic or Christian school that uses some other "alternative" approach -- Montessori or other?  Just very curious.  Future project might be to try to start such a school, as I know many families who are currently homeschooling (myself included) who would be drawn to this.

I'm going to move this to the Waldorf subforum. I do know that Waldorf education has a very JudeoChristian set of roots and/or principles. Or at the very least the stories are woven in. Someone who knows more about Waldorf will be able to help you.

Most Waldorf schools have a very strong Judeo-Christian ethic and as someone from a very protestant background, it never struck me as very protestant. More akin to Anglician/Catholicism. Of course, they also have other religious elements which may or may not be present.

Just to clarify the Anglican churches, including the Episcopal church which is American version, are as Protestant as any other denomination. 

In the DC area, Christian Family Montessori, and Woods Academy are two Catholic Montessori programs.  I don't happen to know of any Waldorf schools around here that are Christian.

As far as I know, Waldorf (or Sreiner) Schools are all in essence christian.

My dd is in kinde and my ds just finished class 2 and I must admit that all the old testament stories and stories of the saints were setting my teeth on edge a bit :/  

On the whole though it is a great school and a fab fit for my kids :)

Many biblical Christians, however, feel that it is too pagan and not Christian enough. It is hard for one thing to please everyone.
