So much kicking!

Omg this little girl is a mover and a shaker! She has been moving so much the last couple weeks. But today, something is way different. She is either experimenting with different movements or she is turned in a very new direction. She has been kicking me square in the bladder all day long! It is such a weird feeling. I never had this with my first. With him, he moved maybe 3 Tim es a day. A little kick here and there, maybe a roll or big kick at night and that was it. This one is all the time! The difference is astonishing. The bladder kicking is so weird feeling. It seems to reverberate in my pelvic bones or something. It's so weird. I am loving it. smile.gif I feel like she's already got her own personality.

I hear ya!  The bladder ones are weird because for a split second you think you're going to pee yourself and then it goes away.  :)  This baby of mine is super active between 7:30 and 9:30 at night.  I don't notice it as much during the day but I think probably it's because I'm busy at work and with the kids.  But the moment I take a second to breathe, I can't believe how active she is!

My LO has been moving a little differently today, too. For the first time, she kicked so hard I could see it! I usually feel a lot of movement around my bladder and cervix.

This baby has been mostly transverse (just like DS) and seems to be active and awake a lot more in the past 2 weeks. Or at least he's big enough that I can now feel him all day long, not just when I'm sitting or resting. I get lots of kicks on the sides of my uterus and yesterday I saw my tummy jump! Pretty dang cool! love.gif Love having an active babe!

So happy with my little soccer player too :) And I get kicked or punched in the bladder all the time! I have to get up and go pee... I can see baby through my belly all the time :D and I get super excited always- like the first time! I love it :) I feel like this baby might be moving more than my first- even though she moved a lot too! And also like I already know him/her so much, I'm just feeling really connected <3 Oh and I'm loving the little hiccups already too- I didn't feel them till much later with DD and remember getting freaked out- I thought she was like having a seizure/twitching in there or something, how silly!

Yayy for active babes :)

I'm growing a martial artist specializing in kickboxing for sure. It's kick kick kick punch, roll over, kick kick kick punch, turn sideways, kick kick kick....

I try to sleep and it just doesn't really happen anymore. Not sure if good thing or bad thing... hahaha

I'm really enjoying it now, but a bit nervous as to what weeks 30-40 hold... smile.gif

So funny!  I was sitting here reading a little and thinking this exact same thing!!  Its crazy how much movement I feel sometimes!

I'm certainly enjoying it (even now, when it feels like my belly is about to explode). Better lots of movement than none at all and scare me to death!

My first baby was like that and never since have I had such a soccer player. at 18 weeks she was putting on a visible show for my husband. Right now I've got a monster-belly. Not for movement, for size. There's no feet on my bladder, as my babies seem to sink head down early on. I love hearing your stories. Takes me back. When she was born she didn't quit with those feet. She loved to be stood up and walked forward if we led her. I wonder if any of your soccer-players judo masters do that when they are born. Maybe come back to this thread and let me know? :-)

I've got this theory, you see, that the strong kickers have amazing persistent walk reflexes. I just need to verify it somehow. :-D

I'm supposedly due Nov 25, but I'd hoped to go until Dec, but then my belly starts growing so fast! I look like I've got triplets (ultrasound refuser, here) so who knows when the baby or babies will pop out. None of the three general locations for belly movement are spots for very feisty kicking. <p> My first baby was like that and never since have I had such a soccer player. at 18 weeks she was putting on a visible show for my husband. My son is crazy active too... Around 9-midnight he goes absolutely nuts.  I feel like I can already feel hiccups too.. although it seems too early.  I don't know how I'll have enough room in my belly for this guy.  I have my anatomy scan tomorrow... I'll be surprised if they don't change my due date!!

I love how it went from just little flutters here and there, to full blown kicks and punches! My little belly buddy gets shy whenever I try to feel the kicks from the outside though. As soon as I put my hand on my belly to feel, any movement stops. So strange. It's like baby knows that I'm trying to feel.

I was up for hours last night in such pain from this tiny monster. Rolling, stretching, punching and kicking, and starting it all over again. I feel bruised. This bad at 21 weeks? I'm doomed.

It kicked its father in the face, too, when he put his head down to listen :)

My first did this all the time! I think my husband felt him move maybe once or twice the whole pregnancy. I don't think anyone else in my family ever felt him move!

I am feeling most of my little guys movements really low.  So low that DH has been unable to feel him move just yet.  He is an active little fellow that's for sure.  It will be interesting as his kicks and punches get stronger.  When I was pregnant with my daughter and in the last trimester I remember her rolling around in my belly so much (my stomach would undulate) that it made me feel nauseous.
