Reliable, no-virus Grocery Coupon Sites

Thread Starter

Can anyone recommend some good grocery coupon sites?  I've heard that some of them will give your computer viruses.

I'm new to couponing, just getting started.  I need the savings, and I can NOT afford for my computer to get a virus.  (My husband hasn't had a full-time job since last September.)

So, can anyone please tell me which sites are safe.  And if you want, you can say which ones are unsafe, not worth it, or just use the coupons available from another site.

Thank you so much!

This blog seems great as far as finding good coupon sites.  http://affluentpauper.blogspot.com/2009/01/organic-coupons-where-to-find-them.html

I use the ones from my local grocery stores. They now have coupons and deals that load onto their rewards cards, so no printing or clipping. The Whole Foods site has coupons you can print for their products (mostly processed stuff, though), and that is safe, too.
