Natural toys for baby « Back to Group Discussions

My DD is about 5.5 months old now and getting active.  We need to get her some wooden or eco friendly toys. Any recommendations?  My mom has given her plastic sound making toys and I'd like something a little better for her. :)

I love the look of wood but my babies are not gentle at all so I'm afraid they'll hurt themselves or each other.

They do love plastic toys though

We've gotten different wooden toys from etsy. There's loads of cool stuff on there.

I also buy wooden toys from Etsy. And we have a cool Haba baby toy that I got as a freebie when I ordered some wool diaper covers a few months back. He loves it! His favorite thing to play with & mouth are wooden blocks. But Etsy is fabulous for natural baby boys. I have a few squishy liquid filled teethers that I bought for him but he prefers the wood ones.
