Midiwife near McHenry County.

Does anyone have any midwives they recommend near mchenry county? I just need to see someone once or twice as we are moving soon, but I might be pregnant (my normal 31 day cycle is at day 35 with preg symptoms, but no positive test yes) and I'm way over due for a check up anyway. So I should probably see someone soon. Looking for someone that requires minimal testing but can still do it on request.
