Milton Tab -menstrual cup sterilization?

I bought a LadyCup EU and it came with a Milton tab for sterilization.  Unfortunately it did not come with instructions for use.  Anyone know the proper ratio of water to tablet in order to sterilize a menstrual cup?  Thanks!

I found this which is more for bottles, but I'd think it would be a similar dilution for the cup.
