I'm pretty sure i just found my babe's heartbeat, dont have anyone to share the news with right now and I'm second guessing myself....  what do you guys think?? I'm only 8w 5d and only tried to use the Doppler cause i had some spotting sat night so I'm not really used to the sounds.

Yes, that most definitely sounds like baby! Awww! Made me get a little teary-eyed! I think I heard some placenta sounds as well.

The first sounds are definitely you, then it changes to baby!!! So happy for you. Do you have a 2mhz or 3mhz?

Looking for a thread I could post this in and I'm pretty sure this one is most appropriate.

So I was listening to heartbeat today on my doppler and it would be pumping away, then I would hear a whack like I had taken it off and put it back on really quickly (like the sound of record scratching, sort of). I was pretty sure that I hadn't moved my hand, so I kept it still and I heard it two more times.

The baby is kicking the doppler!

I'm only 13 weeks and 3 days and he/she is already fighting me! I always knew that my babies would be a handful, but I had no idea it would start so early!

It was awesome, though, I have to say.

I heard the same thing this morning!!!  It is so exciting! can you feel it at all?  this is #4 for me,  i thought i was feeling the baby, so i got out the doppler and listened and sure enough, baby was kicking away!

This is my first, so I can't really pinpoint any distinct baby movement. I was pretty sure I felt something very briefly a couple days ago, but it's hard to tell. I'm officially getting excited now!
