Silly - sorry you're having such a hard time! Too much mag at once will definitely clear things out. Also, sometimes when deficient it will actually make you a little hyper before calming you down. I've never taken Natural Calm myself, and I don't take mag every day, only depending on how much of my prenatal I take, foods etc - but my digestion isn't great, so I find I probably need a little more, but I forget to take it.
Vegan - that does sound like you're getting more than enough mag and wouldn't need any more - I wonder though with all your indigestion, how much your body is absorbing - hard to know all those things for sure. Did your midwife (or is Dr) have any thoughts on it?
I know a couple of people who had restless legs and were helped by mag (though I don't know how much they were already taking, my guess is it wasn't enough) which is why I mentioned it, but maybe you're a little more complex, and this isn't the clue afterall. I wonder if maybe something more physical like a walk before bed would help your legs get nice and tired? Hope you find something that helps :)

I'm still feeling pretty good. I have a cold right now, nothing terrible though. I do have a patch on my belly where I think my muscle is tearing off to the side, I think this little guy just had a huge growth spurt and he's enjoying kicking the sore spot and I feel really stretched at the end of the day - ouch! I get a patch like this every now and then and then it goes away and pops up somewhere else so I'm guessing it's the muscle...anyone else getting this?
