Catching up five year old

I have an unvaxinated five year old whom I am considering vaccinating per public school requirements. I understand that he does not need the full number of doses given to infants and toddlers but was wondering if anyone here knows what he would require to be caught up. Also, if anyone has suggestions on a safe schedule/interval btw faxes, I would appreciate it. I want him to be able to fully recover btw shots. Thanks.
