Raw Almonds (unpasteurized)

I've recently been on an almond kick and want to start making my own almond milk.  Can anyone suggest where I can purchase raw (unpasteurized) almonds?  organic?

Here are two nut companies that I found online, but I would like to know other people's opinions.

These aren't raw, but they are supposed to be high quality:

What do you think?

California produces something like 90% of the world's almond crop and had a single salmonella case a few years ago that may have been from almonds. Now the entire crop for sale is irritated. Organic almonds are pasturized. The exception is that small farmers at farmer's markets can choose to sell raw almonds. You might be able to find a source that way.

personally, i would go to one of the larger raw food supply sites and get them there...imported from Europe, before I would use the pasteurized ones. They cost a lot, but this law is madness AND the almonds taste totally different. Insanity. eyesroll.gif

Almond milk is awesome, though! It's worth the search.
