need physician in Portland area, prefer east side

I am having terrible trouble with what I think is carpal tunnel, and I think I need to do something about it. I don't even know where to start looking. I figure chiropractor and general checkup by a physician, but we are new here. We are in Troutdale, and I would have to take my 3 children with me. husband might be able to take some time off, so I could go into Portland to see someone.

chiropractor?
acupuncture?
homeopath?
other?

While I am asking, I need an ophthalmologist for myself and a holistic minded pediatrician to do physical checkups for my unvaxd kids.

I just see a general practitioner - his name is Dr. Barry Davis, and he looks kind of like John Oates. lol.gif  He's pretty chill - DO and does OB/GYN as well as family practice.  He is located in Happy Valley-ish.  My DD isn't faxed and he's only said anything to me about it once, and then recommended homeopathic vax.

As for a chiropractor, there are tons.  The two that I know and like - who might be able to give you information on acupuncture or naturopaths are Korin Rasmussen, and Amy Watson.

I'm also looking for a doctor in Portland. Preferably SE. My son and I go to a holistic family practice now and I'd like to find something similar for when we move out there,
