Chewelry for older kids?

I am looking for something for my oldest kid, he is 7 and will be starting 2nd grade this Fall.  He is a thumb sucker and is majorly chewing/sucking the neck/collars of his clothes.  We used to have chewy tubes until he lost them and he asked that I buy some more.  I am looking for something that I could put on a necklace for him but does not seem babyish/toddlerish or that other kids will pick up on it being a "chew toy".  Anything good out there that is less stigmatizing but is well made and durable?

I just found this! I think the triangle pendant might be good for that age.  I could definitely see my 8 yr old boy liking that on.

Thank you!  I am going to buy several different ones tonight and that one looks definitely like it could just be a piece of jewelry!
