How would I know that I am fertile?

I don't know how to determine if you are fertile or not. Any notes or resources can you provide?

Fertile like the time of the month with the best chance of conception or general fertility as in the capability to conceive & carry to term?

Maybe the better question to ask is "How would I know I'm infertile?" 

And I have to disagree (a little) with the above poster. Carrying a child to term isn't a good sign to know you're fertile. lol That just means you're capable of carrying a newborn to term. The only way to know you're fertile (IMO) is just try. Most times people are considered infertile is they're having trouble to get pregnant after a year or trying. There isn't any real tests a doctor will do until you try, and fail at getting pregnant after a long time of not getting pregnant, unprotected.
