So I'm not jumping straight into 'i might have more than one in there'. I'm asking for some btdt and opinions :)
I am 14.5 weeks along and have consistently been measuring about 4-5 weeks ahead. I am certain of my dates, I had an early ultrasound at a crisis pregnancy center-and it confirmed how far along i knew I was. The tech spotted one healthy baby (9wks) but the baby did 'hide' and 'burrow' a lot-it was hard to get a clear picture cause the baby just did not like the ultrasound!
Also, I am about 15 lbs heavier at conception than I have ever been, and this is my 6th baby. I'm feeling pretty confident that everything is 'ok' in there. I'm just curious if anyone else has measured a little bigger.
For the record-yes, twins do run in my family, I had more morning sickness than usual, and more tired with this pregnancy. So the idea of multiples has crossed my mind but I am still sort of in the 'it can't happen here' mentality. I'd just like to know that measuring bigger as I am could just be cause this is my 6th and I am a little heavier.
Oh, and I will be seeing my midwife for the first time this saturday and I do plan to ask her as well.
thanks a bunch!
