I didn't gain but even... LOST weight. Falling off my paleo 30 day challenge... I made it two weeks at least. I can't live without cheese and a little honey in my darn coffee. I cannot believe the scale is moving! It hasn't in so long.

This thread keeping me accountable and giving me a healthy kick-in-the-butt is paying off. YAY!

Weight: 218.6

212. 8 Just got back from a trip to see my family. Mostly got exercise from pulling my ds off furniture and keeping him from touching everything breakable in my brother and sister-in-law's house.  I did get to go skating for an hour at the local rink, while my sister-in-law and my mom watched the kids. I was worried that I'd end up eating a bunch of junk at night, but actually I drank a lot of water and watched movies. Too tired to eat.

So far I have plans to go to the rink on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday evenings and possibly Saturday morning.

224.8 whoot! Going the right way now! Next week I will be returning to work part time in an office that has lunch catered every single day....and not usually very healthy. It will be quite the challenge not to over indulge or eat my "I miss my daughter feelings".

179.2 - only a slight decrease, but I'll take it.

151...  But feeling pretty good...  so that is worth something, right?!?!?!  :)

Exceeded my running goals for last week, and then logged 7 miles this morning.

Good job ladies, keep up the great work!

Have a great day!

I am 175.5 this week (as of monday) but on a different scale so I am not really sure that I am down.  I am visiting my parents.  Internet access here is limited, and our chart is not uploading properly.  I will keep trying, but it will be up ASAP!

Thanks for bearing with me on this one ladies!

Got some circuit training done today.  Need to get some more exercise this week.

Barefootmama - My weight for week 2 was 170, if you could please add it.  Thanks!

Sorry I forgot to post my weight on Monday 163.

Played an hour of hockey last night and 1 1/2 hours of hockey classes today. Super tired, but happy to be playing hockey again.  Also went down a size in hockey pants. :)

*sigh* I broke down and ordered pizza tonight. We had an "all the rules out the window" night to bring joy to my daughter when she was upset about something REALLY sucky going on. It was like the peanut butter I wrap the dog's pills in, and it worked because she's totally on board with the solution now...but I should have chosen a "thing we don't allow in the house" that isn't quite as contrary to my personal goals. I'll be lucky if I maintain my weight this week. I swear I can gain multiple pounds from a single bite of pizza!

I hear ya incorrigible-- I just scarfed a bagel. Yeah-- I'm not really doing gluten let alone grains and haven't for months now. I wonder what's gonna happen... Pizza is the reason my weigh in starting this challenge was so high! I was craving carbs like mad. So I just said screw it and had some. I've been feeling sick (there is a bug going around in August? Ugh.) so I feel like it'll make me feel better. We shall see.

Hoping to work out this entire rest of the week!!!

great, I gained & am now 270. Crazy week, sorry I am so late posting!

{{hugs}} to all the challengers that are having issues with gains lately (I'm with you all).  Hoping that the weekend gives us all a chance to reboot and start anew.  We can do this ladies!  We are so totally worth it!

164.3 for me today friends.  Much better news than last week, to be sure.
