I checked my weight on Thursday morning just to see where I was and I was 135. That was good but by this morning I'm back at
Guess I'm gonna have to change something up. I've been walking and jogging 4 hours a week. Any suggestions as to what I might add that won't be too time demanding. We are starting back to homeschooling this week so there won't be too much extra time available. Thanks.
