Did my first 10K ever this morning.  I better have a loss on the scale Monday morning.

Getting a little discouraged here.splat.gif I checked my weight on Thursday morning just to see where I was and I was 135. That was good but by this morning I'm back at 136.4 again! That's 3 weeks in a row.irked.gif Guess I'm gonna have to change something up. I've been walking and jogging 4 hours a week. Any suggestions as to what I might add that won't be too time demanding. We are starting back to homeschooling this week so there won't be too much extra time available.  Thanks.

I'm up this week, 132.2.  I completed a half marathon this weekend and somehow managed to gain weight.  I'm getting back on track this week.

166 for me.  I got almost no "real" exercise, because DS was all out of whack after vacation.  Hoping to get back into routine this week.  I really want DH to get onboard with the Couch to 5k plan.  Fingers crossed...  He wants to get into better shape, but HATES running.

Sorry red team I'm up to 180.  No back-to-the-gym workouts I'd planned once the boys were back in school due to a dislocated finger.  6 weeks in splint.  I'm going to start walking today and hope that I'll have a better report next week.

211.8    My period arrived yesterday. No wonder I'm having chocolate/ice cream cravings. Other than a protein smoothie, still can't figure out what to eat after hockey. At least, I got all planned exercise done. Helped with PMS stress.

          

I would love to be under 210 at the end of this challenge, so more exercise and no ice cream this week.

 

 

Exercise plan for this week:

 

Monday- walking

Tuesday- hockey/walking

Wednesday- 1 1/2 hours of hockey and power skating

Thursday-walking

Friday-walking/skating

Saturday- day out with family

Sunday- 1 hour hockey class

Do'n a little dance! Over 2lbs this week. I was HORRIBLE on Monday and Tuesday, and rather suspected that being just stellar all week was only going to keep me from gaining. All my clothes are super old and ratty and I always seem to find something more important to spend money on than myself. So, I promised myself a single new article of clothing for every 5 lbs. It's come a week earlier than I expected! I'm all smiles today....and for our little alone time today, dh and I will be going out to buy me a new pair of jeans instead of going out to a lunch of things I shouldn't eat anyway! 

 

In other news, I can't stay hydrated to save my life this week. It's not hot anymore (finally got some rain and comfortable temps here!!!), but I've got chapped lips and dry skin and mouth in spite of drinking water constantly. Maybe the weight loss is already starting to even out my hormones some??? Could my body be preparing for a normal, old fashioned period? I seem to remember dehydration because I was retaining water in other parts of my body - the week before. I suppose next week might be a gain from water weight, but it'd be totally worth it!

First off, I am sorry I fell of the map for a week!  Between the computer issues, starting our homeschool year and general household craziness - last week did not go according to plan.

 

Second, I am on an very frustrating plateau . . . I am still at 176.4.

 

Off to kick my own ass into high gear :)
