211.8 My period arrived yesterday. No wonder I'm having chocolate/ice cream cravings. Other than a protein smoothie, still can't figure out what to eat after hockey. At least, I got all planned exercise done. Helped with PMS stress.
I would love to be under 210 at the end of this challenge, so more exercise and no ice cream this week.
Exercise plan for this week:
Wednesday- 1 1/2 hours of hockey and power skating
Saturday- day out with family
Sunday- 1 hour hockey class
