Diana - I reckon seeing your GP is a good idea.  You might need a little professional help to get things back in order.  Your poor old abs have been through a lot.

AFM: 164.3.  Same this week and last week (and a few weeks before that, haha).  I'm surprised that it hasn't moved much these last few weeks, but not too torn up about it.  My eating has been less than ideal lately, but I've been so nauseated, and no food really tastes good at the moment, so I'm counting any eating as a win, really.

I'm not sure if anyone volunteered to run a version five (I hope so), but if there is going to be one, I'm going to sit it out.  I've lost 30lbs since the first challenge, which is amazing.  I'm very happy with that.  I still have another 10 or so to lose, but I'm happy to just work on that myself, slowly but surely.  Perhaps I'll be back at a later date though :)  No doubt I will be checking in on everyone's progress too.

No clue what my weight this week is and since I leave within the hour for the next two days out of town, I just don't think I"m going to get my weight listed. No desire to haul my scale along. Sorry.

I just wanted to thank everyone for all the support and for keeping me accountable.  I really enjoyed participating, and I'm looking forward to the next challenge!

Ahhh, I wasn't counted:( I thought I only missed one week, but mondays are hard for me to get online so I'm usually late. Good job everyone! Keep it up! I think I finally found the motivation to stick to my eating plan, yay!

What is your motivation?  I am really struggling in this area!!!!

Whew. What a fun but stressful and eventful 8 weeks!!! Thanks for keeping me accountable ladies! And yay red team!!!

I was really hoping to do better. It's really discouraging because eating well (no grains, processed foods, sugars) is very, very difficult when you have little support and don't know what's going on with your own body. I think I'll lose weight, then don't. I try harder, to no avail. I felt if I kept track for a good solid time period I could really figure out what's going on. Not the case. UGH.

I just fluctuated my usual 2-3 pounds. Yes, my body is looking different and I feel like I look/feel better, but I would like to at least 20 pounds lighter just to even be a size 14 because I'm tired of carrying this extra weight, ill fitting clothing and the ability to wear the same jeans size as my husband! Le Sigh... not sure if I'll sign up for #5... trying to decide...
