I think I got glutenized. Anything I can do?

I have a pretty strong gluten sensativity.  I've never been tested so I don't know if it's allergy vs. sensativity vs. celiac, but through an elimination diet I do know for 100% that I cannot tolerate it.  I have GI symptoms to start and within a day severe headaches, fatigue and depressive slumps.

I just ate some soup that I'm afraid was made with vegetable base that contains wheat.  My first clue is an upset tummy.  Haven't had any of the other signs yet except for an itchy nose, which I've never associated with gluten exposure before, but it could be new (I'm also 16 weeks pregnant).

Have any of you ever been able to do anything after getting glutenized to mitigate the symptoms in advance?  I seriously tried to vomit hoping to get rid of it before it got any worse because tomorrow I know I'll feel SOOOOO bad, but had no luck.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

you might try getting some enzyemes from a natural foods store that are formulated for gluten digestion. you aresupposed to take with the food so not sure if they would help now but maybe.
