JoyFilled, thanks for the congrats! Hmmmm, the midwife didn't talk too much in specifics... Now that you mention RCS, I'm wondering if what she meant was that if I wanted to try for a VBAC I'd have to wait the two years. So if I became pregnant and had a baby before that time, that would be okay-- it would just mean an automatic RCS, I guess. I'll have to ask the OB when I see him next week for my follow-up. I don't expect my fertility to return in the next while, however, with DS I did get a return of my cycle at 5.5 months and I was charting and I could tell I was ovulating each month (LP was a little short in the beginning, but it grew longer)... I nursed him until he was 17.5 months old-- I got pregnant with my DD when he was 13 months (I also had a bfp the month before that, but it ended in an early m/c)-- so it was just over a 4 month period of nursing while pregnant. I'm nursing DD, and I hope my fertility comes back sooner rather than later...and when it does, I would love to get pregnant the first time like you did! Although, DH is pretty tired chasing after DS, and says he can't imagine having a third child added to the mix. In the meantime, I'm going to enjoy my 2, and hope that down the road my body is able to provide me with the opportunity to have another. I would have liked to have had children before now, but, I didn't meet my DH until a few years ago...
