Anyone feeling BIG pregnant yet?

I just spent the last 3.5 days outside helping at a garage sale so I'm that has something to with it but:

Has anyone been thinking how the heck your babe is going to gain 5-7 more pounds and still FIT in your body? I have been feeling so heavy and big and this kid only weighs a little over a pound!!! He still need to gain to at least 6, if not more like 7 lbs!!!!

And really, I don't think I'm "big" with baby yet, I just feel that way. Like I said, heavy, full, and kinda tired.

Probably I need to just not play, sit, and run after DS outside in 85+ degrees for 3 days. winky.gif

Ha!! Yes!  Me too!  I'm 23 weeks and a couple days and I feel huge.  Might be the twin thing going on in there...but, I certainly feel huge!

We too just did a 1 day garage sale and thankfully my sister was the one who lead it up and my husband set up.  But, hauling around 2 year old twins has been getting harder.  Somehow, I did carry one on my back in the Ergo for a walk around the neighborhood, but it sure did stir up a bit of pelvic pressure at the end of the day!

The body is definitely changing and I'm realising that it might be time to take it easier!

Yes, somehow I know it all fits in there but it is amazing to know that we've got a ways to go! :)

22 weeks and I feel gigantic suddenly. Like, in the last week, I just exploded. I can't believe how miserable I suddenly am in this heat, and it's not even the hottest part of summer yet, and I'm not even done being huge yet! Oh boy.

For a week or two it's finally starting to be more bump than fluff, but today i swear it grew a months worth overnight! :P

I'm pretty enormous right now but the memory of me being 42 weeks with my 10.5#er last year is still very vivid so I'm in no way complaining.

I still feel pretty good even though it's in the 90s here and we have no AC.

My feet aren't even swollen yet.  :)

I know it's going to get a lot bigger still, but it does seem like I've really "popped" in the past few weeks. Out in public people can finally tell I'm preggo, not just fat. And DH is getting really excited. Every time he looks at me he either grabs my belly or goes on and on about our boy in there. It's pretty cute Sheepish.gif

Yeah, I am just starting to feel bulky.

ME!!! I not only feel huge, I am huge!  I have only gained 4 lbs but I am measuring 35 weeks at almost 24 weeks.  People routinely ask me if I am ready to deliver and I have to tell them I have about 3 more months.  I can barely waddle around my office by the afternoon, mornings no problem, after lunch I am thinking of borrowing my grandfathers Jazzy scooter just to get around! This picture was taken last week at 23w0d:

I'm not feeling gigantic yet, but I know it's just around the corner. I am having a harder time getting in and out of bed though. Kind of pain in the butt... literally sometimes! My left ligament and nerve are really bugging me, so I think I will make an appointment with the chiropractor. Never had to go to one with either of my other 2 pregnancies, but this discomfort has started way earlier than before.

I recently realized I can't look down and see my toes anymore.  I've also started the pregnancy waddle, I have to stop and make myself walk regularly :)  Also, I can't cross my legs and often not my ankles.

My husband just took my bi-weekly belly photo at 22 weeks and I look HUGE! (At least to me- it's my first baby so I'm not used to this!)

Part of why I feel so big I think is that I'm now measuring 3 weeks ahead, vs just 1 (which was nothing). My midwife things I have a shorter torso (and am carrying high) but I never would've thought that otherwise, knowing how my body is shaped when I'm fit. I think the kid's just going to be long, or big, or has a lot of fluid to swim around in in there.

Yep, I feel huge!  I've been through this 3 times already, and I don't remember feeling so much skin stretching this early (but I forget a lot in between pregnancies!).  I do tend to carry straight out -- strangers have asked me when I'm due for several weeks now (and now I'm getting wide eyes and "Oh wow!" when I tell them I'm due in November).

Not yet! I'm just now at 22 weeks but I still feel like I could be simply be getting fat and not pregnant. The baby is developing normally and I've gained so far around 8kg, but I still just look like I have a beer gut and not a baby in there. Most people still can't tell I'm pregnant when I wear loose clothes. Each day I wake up and look in the mirror, it seems as if I've gotten bigger, though. It's amazing how fast it's happening now. I want to actually look pregnant so that I can get a seat on the bus once in a while, haha.

Yes! Maybe because this is my second? But I feel so much bigger than I did with DD at the same point (22 weeks).

Yes, exactly this. I don't feel huge but I feel full and I can't get comfortable and most movement is an effort.

I'm sure it's mostly the toddler-chasing :-)

Can't imagine what it's going to be like in 17 weeks time!

When I'm able to get out and about without DS, I feel great and don't get as tired (mentally and physically) or feel too bad. So um, yeah, I think my pregnancy hugeness is pretty much due to 23 month old son and not my 24 week old one. orngbiggrin.gif Hehe.

Yes! nod.gif

Mainly because I carry high and the baby is already pushing on my diaphragm, leaving me breathless all the time. That makes me feel huge! I think I may be waddling a bit too. lol.gif

I have a small body type (my friends would say "tiny"), so I definitely feel gigantic now! Getting up from lying down or being seated is more difficult than before and I grunt and grumble like an old dog, and bending down makes me short of breath, so I squat down instead. So far, I'm able to continue with my usual activities, such as riding my bike to work, but I'm slower for sure. It's hard to imagine how vast I'll be in three months!

I feel ya on the gruntin' and grumblin'! I feel like some huge ponderous dying animal lol
