GO TO THE ER.  At the very least call your doctor/midwife.  I know a fall on your tummy is dangerous and can cause bleeding and can put both you and baby in danger.  Don't sit and wonder.  Go get checked out!

Call your doctor.  Are you bleeding?  Is baby moving?  Giggle your tummy to wake baby up.  Or rest a cold drink on your belly, that always gets DS rolling.

You should really just call your doctor.  See what she says.  Baby could just be sleeping.  My baby is bothered by cold but yours might not mind.  Call your doctor.

If this is real- go to the emergency room!  If this is a prank- not funny at all.

The baby should be more important than you getting into trouble.  Call your doctor.  There is nothing anyone can do online.

There is nothing anyone can do online really.  You aren't bleeding.  Maybe baby moved.  There isnt a whole lot else.  Obviously I dont know your whole situation but if I were in your shoes I'd be hailing a cab and on my way to the ER.  Sorry there isnt much else that can be done via Mothering.com.  You need a nonstress test.  Hope for the best.  You see your OB tomorrow.

You brother should be arrested for assault. Call a friend and go get checked out.

Most definetly a hard blow to the belly can harm the baby.  Can cause the placenta to tear and you to bleed internally which puts your baby in danger as well as you.  My concern is whether or not you are bleeding out.  Damage to the baby itself not too sure about.  There is a lot of padding between the baby and the outside world.  Its so hard to say and I am no doctor.

there can be internal bleeding that you can't tell is happening, you really should call a friend to get a ride and get yourself to the doctor's office, if there is internal damage they may have to take the baby out in order to prevent further problems.. You need to suck it up and admit what happened to your doctor, even if you wait til tomorrow your Dr. needs to know what happened or he won't know what to check for ..
