Sonoma County Midwife Referrals for Twin Birth?

Hi mamas, I'm 8 weeks pregnant with twins and seem to be running in circles trying to find a midwife in Sonoma County who will take us on. We're interviewing one potential this evening, but I have some concerns and, in any case, would prefer to choose from more than one option. I've had several "I'm not comfortable being primary, but I'd love to be on your team" responses, a few flat out nos, and a "sure, I'll take you...even though I don't have experience," which makes me really uncomfortable. Has anyone in this forum delivered twins at home, or even just worked with a good midwife during a twin pregnancy even if you wound up having to have a surgical birth? I'd love any referrals you may have to offer.

Many thanks!

So has Dana Fox! Her and Claudette actually work together as a team - i had them for my (singleton) home birth and can't recommend them enough. www.foxmidwifery.com

Congrats! I just gave birth to twins and live in Rohnert Park. I did deliver naturally with an OB but Colette Mercier, midwife who acted as my doula, was at my birth. She was an amazing resource and so supportive.
