Faking it? Vaccination record that is

*hypothetically* speaking would you ever fake it? given this situation:

you live in a very medically underserved area with SN kids. No one in 3hrs drive takes unvaccinated child...period. you will be there for about 2 yrs and you have the medical training to basically fake the paperwork.  in otherwords you know when and what the kids would need for it to be legit and you could omit the paperwork from previous medical provider that mentions the selectively vaxxed status.  Your not quite ready to vaxx one of the kids yet but the others have started to be selectively vaxxed (again the 2 practices in this city require UTD shots at first visit if behind, no exceptions.  You dont really have any other means of local medical care, again SN dictate we have someone for medical care.

* yes I know the implications, but looking for a  WWYD in this situation or any btdt advice.

Are you afraid you might get caught? What is the worst thing that could happen if you were? I don't think there is a law specifically against what you plan to do, although if anyone has information to the contrary, please share--it would be important information.

Bottom line-I would do what was in my kids' best interests.

I actually asked a lawyer friend and realistically nothing much but be kicked out of the practice.  Fraud, in the legal sense, requires more so im not really concerned about that even though its technically "fraud" sorry im so vague but I dont want to put it all out there kwim? in terms of our situation.
