what would the symptoms be like with an iud in during pregnancy?

hi i had my iud put in a few months ago and completely stopped my period so far this month have only had some minor spotting on and off! was wondering what the symptoms would be while pregnant with the iud if they would be the same as with out and if not what exactly it would be? i am a mom of 2 kids and didnt have much for pregnancy symptoms for either of my children! ive been feeling really sick to my tummy for about a month and a half and very tired for almost 2 months! i have had a high in my scent which i had during both my pregnancies! any help would be greatly appreciated!

I'd say minor spotting is one. I'd test. :)
