We're in Northern Alabama, but hearing "woods of New Hampshire" makes me long for the Northeast.  I grew up in Maine, and lately have been feeling more and more of a pull in that direction.  I actually like Huntsville much more than I ever thought I would, but thinking about it as where my children are going to be "from" is kinda hard for me.

Ha, nice to see both Seattle and FL represented on this thread.  We've lived in both places in the past year, and now we've located (permanently... well, at least semi-permanently) to Western New York.  :)

Lawrence, Kansas here.  Moved from Austin to be closer to family, but the job market is terrible so we're thinking we may move to the northwest in the near-ish future.

Louisville, KY. But we are waiting to hear if we're moving to the country east of Pittsburgh.

Edit: just heard, we ARE moving, DH got the job in Somerset.

That's exciting! Nothing like moving during a pregnancy! It's a nice area, though. We go backpacking in the Laurel Highlands all the time. We live in the city of Pittsburgh, but it only takes 1-1.5 hours to get out there. If you have any questions about western PA, I'm a native!
