Anyone else have oily hair since you got pregnant? « Back to Group Discussions

I don't remember this with my other pregnancies. My hair is so oily now. I have to wash it daily. I used to go every other day. I even dry shampoo'd it this morning to make it try to go a day off from washing and I look so gross that I can't wait to get home and wash it!! Any one else?

I've always had to wash my hair every day, but I do notice that my face seems oilier now. Now I wash it in the morning, and again just before dinner, then again at bedtime or I just feel gross. Before it was only in the morning and at bedtime.

And I've stopped using my daily moisturizer as that just makes it worse.

weird, my scalp is totally dry and flaky.  

My face is about the same, except for my hairline which is dry.

I don't remember it being like this with my previous pregnancies, but my hair washing is a lot different now, too.  (I do baking soda & vinegar every 3 or 4 days and plain water on non-washing days).  I actually have to PUT some oil in my hair or it's just all dry and poofy.

Yes! This happens to me every time during the first trimester. I get oily hair and skin and super dry legs and arms. Weird.
