I am 19mo PP. My baby is still nursiing about 4 times in 24 hrs and I still don't have AF back. We would like to try to conceive one more and i turned 36 yesterday so sooner rather than later. What can I do to push my body that way. What works the quickest besides fully weaning. She is still nursing down for nap, at night, first thing in the morning and occasionally if she needs it for comfort. Any suggestions? TIA

No I didn't get a chance to update. I had a very light spotting, then thought I was ovulating over 2 weeks ago but never got a pos. OPK so I am pretty sure I didn't because I have neg PG tests and still no AF. The spotting was just when I wiped so I was thinking during that post that she was coming but didn't :(
oh ok, sorry to hear that. well i know many who have used vitex successfully, search threads for it here on mothering and see if google can give you more info. I used it after getting off birth control and it totally regulated my cycle. i think it takes about 3 months to fully get into your system though. good luck :)
