The problem: it's 1:51am and I am WIDE AWAKE so even though my baby is in dream land beside me, she will wake up in a few hours and I will be tired and won't get the benefit of her great sleep routine that everyone is "so envious" over.
I am frustrated. Advice please diet suggestions, herbal remedies, anything? I actually have a script for a sleep aid, but I never realize I need it until its too late...I don't want to take it and feel groggy with DD in the morning due to a medicine...somehow it feels more right, to be groggy, if it's just due to going to sleep too late/early.
Any advice or understanding is very appreciated...I am very frustrated with myself.
