So I've reached the point where I am CONSTANTLY hungry... no matter what I eat, I just can't seem to stay full. I get hungry about 30 minutes after a meal. Any ideas?

I am REALLY struggling to eat more than once per day. I have no appetite, nothing sounds appealing and everything makes me feel gross and have heartburn. It's concerning because I am pretty active and have a lot of stress going on. I am concerned about pre-e, which I've never had, but lately I have been showing some of the signs, and the only way back from pre-e is through an excellent diet, high in protein. Which I usually have an excellent diet (WAPF style), but this pregnancy has been a weird one for me and I can't seem to eat much of anything.
I would have to agree with your theory there! I think that GAPS does so much healing and then allows you to truly get all you need from the nutrient dense food you do eat, that you just need less food. Plus, protein and good fats are very filling.
