20 weeks today - yay!!

Baby#:1

Baby's sex: Scan isn't for another 2.5 weeks but we're *planning* not to find out

Name picked: For now we're leaning toward Emi for girl and Kenzo for boy (DH is Japanese so we want a name that won't change pronunciation in English/Japanese, i.e. no "th" "r" "ry" or "ts" syllables!)

Weight gained so far: 7 lbs (from my lowest which was at 9 weeks), or 3 pounds from my pre-pregnancy weight... not sure which counts!

Cravings: juicy fruits and salty things like fries, yikes!

Aversions: chicken is the only morning-sickness aversion that has stuck

Pregnancy work out plan: elliptical, weights and stretching about 2x per week, trying to increase this

Birth plan: Natural at the in-hospital Birthing Center (thinking about hypnobirthing), but open to the regular epidural route as long as I give it my all with preparing for the natural route, then I won't kick myself if it's just too much for me and I cave for the drugs dizzy.gif

I hit 20 weeks today, I can finally post here. Had my 20-week appt today, baby looks great and healthy, and my cervix hasn't shortened much. Good news all around. Sorry no pictures, I haven't figured all that out yet.

Baby#: 3

Baby's sex: GIRL!!!

Name picked: Still working on it, will have a short list and then decide once we meet her. Currently liking Petra and Thora.

Weight gained so far: 6 lbs

Cravings: Ice cream, food from nice restaurants (not good for budget)

Aversions: Fish

Pregnancy work out plan: Kind of taking it easy, having some contractions, and have had two preterm babies. But, still walking around the lakes and going for nice and easy bike rides. A little yoga at home.

Birth plan: VBAC in hospital, possible planned c-section

Belly Button: Deep innie, never popped out with prior two pregnancies

Name picked: We have a few ideas.

Cravings: Nothing at the moment

Aversions: Bacon

Pregnancy Work-Out Plan: Prenatal yoga, walking the dogs.

Birth Plan: HBAC with a non-registered careprovider, so technically a freebirth but not really.

Baby's sex: We're assuming girl;) but will be happy with a boy, too! - I like surprises.

Name picked: yes, but secret

Weight gained so far: No idea - I haven't weighed myself in years...

Cravings: sweets, but trying to be good

Aversions: eggs primarily - greens a bit, but I make myself eat them

Pregnancy Work-Out Plan: walking, some prenatal yoga - may start prenatal aqua aerobics class and would like to amp up physical activity now

Birth Plan: The plan is cnm at hospital birth center (with medicaid), but I keep hoping to come up with a magical financial way to have another homebirth.

Belly Button: shallow innie

This photo wasn't taken today - but I think my belly is about the same as it was three or four days ago...

So glad to be posting here! Still don't have much of a bump (I don't think anyone else can notice, or if they do they just think I'm getting a beer gut!)

Stats and pic as of today (21w2d).

Baby #: 1

Baby's sex: Surprise, but we think its a girl (we call the baby "LC" for love child, DH thought of that one!)

Name picked: Got some great girl name options (Elsa or Annalise right now) but I'm not liking any boys names :(

Weight gained so far: 9 lbs

Cravings: fresh berries and avocados

Aversions: nothing

Pregnancy Work-Out Plan: walking, hiking, biking to work and an occasional longer bike ride.  Once the weather deteriorates in a month or so I'm going to start swimming.

Birth Plan: at our local birth center

Belly Button: still a shallow innie
