I'll cross this bridge when we get there, but I know that in september, when school starts, I'll probably be in that awekward "whoa, you've gained weight but you don't look pregnant stage", and I"m pretty sure my students will notice!
Bena - me too! For the past year my plan was to get myself back in shape before getting pregnant again. However, I had a stressful year of teaching last year (new department & teaching a course I wasn't comfortable in), which led to more weight gain and being in worse shape. I am feeling thankful that I'm taking a break from teaching this year. I was remembering this morning how a few of my students were afraid of asking me if I was pregnant with DS because they knew I loved my Chipotle and wasn't sure if it was a baby or just me gaining weight. Thanks guys. I'm now (or was last year) teaching SPED students and I'm pretty sure that verbal filter wouldn't be in place. Good luck!

Clumsy - I taught yoga at a high school when I was pregnant with DS (in the school's wrestling room, so you know it was hot!). Anyway, as unattractive as they are, I found t-shirts where my friend for hiding until I started to show. I had a benefit that I had a surplus of school t's from my athletic training job, and that the dress code of PE teachers allows tshirts, but it definitely helped get me through the awkward phase between looking fat and pregnant. Don't know what I'd do this year if I was going back.
AFM - I might need to retract my comment from the other day about not showing until 12-15 weeks. I'm feeling that my belly is slowly pooching out - but in a fat-looking way instead of a cute preggo way. My coworkers gave me a gift card to Sports Authority last year when I resigned my teaching position. I know if was because we joked that I was going to get back in shape and become a "hot SAHM". I wonder what they'd think if they know I'm using it for some comfy, belly-hiding, pre-maternity clothes. Hopefully I can find something that I can grow with :)
