Hi everyone, I'm hoping maybe someone here might have some advice. My kids' dad has had back pain for several years now and finally was able to see a chiro. Xrays were done and there is degeneration and bone spurs on a couple vertebrae in his upper back. Chiro says he's got some arthritis. He's only 38 and not real happy to hear that.
Is there some supplementation or diet changes he could make to help with this? He's going to see the chiro on a regular basis. We're wanting to keep this from getting worse since he really is an active person. TIA
