i have been on bedrest for 110 days now. i have been doing all of the foot rolls/etc. to keep my blood circulating. my question is, can you get blood clots in your arms? i have a "bump" on my right arm where my elbow bends. i just noticed it for the first time so i thought id ask. it doesnt appear to be warm to the touch or red (signs my ob told me to look for in my legs) anyways, if anyone has any thoughts on this, please let me know! thanks so much!
