Group Co-Leader? Anyone?? « Back to Group Discussions

Hey Ladies,

I volunteered to be one of the group coleaders in order to get the DDC opened up but I need to have at least one more person volunteer to help. Please let me know or send a PM to the group moderators and let them know. I would really appreciate it!

How much work would it be?  I would love to help but I also am afraid to commit if I get really busy in the fall when the semester starts up.

My understanding is that the group leaders are responsible for making sure that the people are following the MDC guidelines - making sure posts are relatively on topic, no ones being a total jerk, things like that. If it ends up getting overwhelming for you, we can always put it out to the group that we need an additional co-leader. By then there will probably be more people in the group so someone should be able to step up.

I should be fine through the fall - I'm a little concerned about the holidays though. I own a retail business so we get a little crazy that time of year. Might ask for a couple of extra sets of eyes around then!!

Thanks Tiffany and Robina! The picture and description are great! I think Cynthia had forgotten to actually set me as a group leader after she set up the group so I wasn't able to change it. It looks great!
