How do I test 2 year old for vaginal yeast infection?

I think my two year old has a minor vaginal yeast infection...

• It has been a week of discomfort/pain.
• No rash.

• Refusing baths.
• Hates going without a diaper because of this "pain."
• I know something is bothering her down there.

Treatment so far.  

• probiotics
• eating low sugar
• 1/2 c apple cider vinegar in bath 
• We are considering treating her with monistat 3 topically BUT we want be sure it's in fact fungal.

How do I test her?

I don't think you can test her on your own.  You should probably bring her to a doctor to test her.
