Monday, Aug. 27

Can speak to highly of my salt craving yesterday:

Breakfast: oatmeal with grapes, tator tos with ketchup

lunch: sandwich with vegetarian wham and miracle whip, potato chips, tomatoes (yummy little ones from garden), 2 yogurts

supper: angel hair pasta with tomato basil sauce, broccoli, slice of bread with baby bel cheese and miracle whip, yogurt

snack: combos cheese and pretzel snacks, 2 bags of freeze dried fruit

I think the writing down of the food has helped me lose, even when my choices aren't the best.

Thanks Milk, I am finding it is helping me lose, even when my food choices aren't the best.  If I have a good day, then I have something to reference to maybe repeat as far as eating goes in the future.
