I'm sorry StudyingStones.  It's even more of a bummer when your cycle seems off.  Do something nice for yourself.  I hope your next cycle is the one!  grouphug.gif

Welcome Kitteh!  I hope you did catch that egg!

hippiemombian - That smiley may be a good sign!

Good luck to everyone else!  There are still 2 weeks left of this month for lots of beautiful BFP's!

Awww, thanks Pokey!  If there's one thing I love about these forums it's how wonderfully kind and supportive all you ladies are!!  I have no one to talk about this stuff to in real life (I can talk to my best friend, but she and her DH are child-free and loving it, so I don't like to talk about it too much when I know she's either not interested or can't relate).

I see on your signature you are doing try #8 in August - have you already done it, or still waiting?

EDIT: Oops, I went back in the thread and saw you think you O'd about a week ago. When will you test?

I know what you mean.  None of our friends have kids or are trying.  I have not been talking to people about this IRL besides my wife and our health care providers.  Our friends and family know we are trying, but we don't give details.  It's easier than having people ask if I'm pregnant yet and having to say no, not yet over and over again.  We did try this month and I am currently about 10DPO.  No real symptoms yet, but who knows?  I will probably test on Sunday.

Hello! I'm new here on the forums, but I'm in the 2WW. 3 dpo today, but there's still a chance I could O because if I did already it's super early for me. So we'll see.

Good luck and baby dust to everyone!

(PS, sorry about AF)

I'm about 7dpo.  I'm annoyed because AF will be due next weekend when I'm attending a big rally with a few people that get under my skin.  Being all hormonal and PMS won't help my urge to release my inner bitch.  ROTFLMAO.gif

Maybe they don't have those in Australia.  It's a digital OPK and when you get your surge it gives you a smiley face!  smile.gif  When it's negative you get a blank circle which I suppose is better than a frowny face.   greensad.gif  Sometimes OPK's make me look like this.  irked.gif

I have seen that the Canadian ladies on here have digital pregnancy tests that tell you that you're pregnant and then gives you a number like 2-3 weeks.  I wish we had those here.  That would be cool.

Pokey, good luck to you!!  I hope you get your BFP soon!

Hippiemom, I'm sorry about AF. It does suck.

Milk8shake, My cousin swore by those smiley OPK sticks.. I think I'll go pick some up for myself.   And I hear you with the PMS, I am VERY unpleasant to be around!! lol

Yes, I have seen those digital pregnancy test - I think they're ClearBlue brand.

I'm a 28 day cycle to the T. Now I am 2 days late with sore nipples, no discharge of any sort. I have only been pregnant one time before and miscarried, the doctor even told me my HCG levels did not rise that fast, should I just go to the doctor?

Have you taken a test at home?  I don't think if your levels didn't rise quickly last time that the same thing would necessarily happen again.  They may have risen slowly in the past because you were miscarrying.  Your doctor could give you a blood test, and that is much more definitive.  The Dr may order repeat blood tests to make sure the levels are rising appropriately.  If you really want to know for sure and get the most info, I would go to the doctor.  Good luck to you!

You are not alone!  Last cycle I got something like 12 or 14 days in a row of positive opks!!!  I looked like this: dizzy.gif

We have the digi tests that have the weeks calculator thingy here in Aus.  I might have to stalk smiley opks on US eBay!!!

Hi everyone, I am new to this board.  We're currently in our second TWW, and currently at 4dp iui, nice to meet you all!

Hello Ladies!

I am a chronic lurker here (& infertility boards in general) and occasional poster.

In the TWW myself.  (again) Had a day 21 progesterone check (finally 14.2)

with all kinds of supplementing.

Just thought I would pop up and say hi.

BABY DUST to all.

Peace.

I'm bored and obsessing over every possible symptom. My period isn't due til Thursday, so I've got some more waiting to do. Last week I took a bunch of tests that I had lying around, which I knew was ridiculous because I'm only now about 10-11 dpo. Actually, I have no idea how many dpo I really am, or if I even ovulated this month, because I haven't started charting yet! So all of this is ridiculous and it would be a wonder if we somehow managed to catch an egg the first month after Mirena removal.

And still, I can't help it. It was so different last time, with a surprise baby!

I keep telling myself that if my period arrives this week( or early next?)  I should welcome it as providing me with more information to help with my future charting, which will eventually lead to conception.

AF arrived today on day 28 like clockwork. :-( makes me sad
post #37 of 94
Lurker and occasional poster. Testaholic. In 2ww. Supposed to get AF tomorrow. Have been POAS since 8dpo or 10dpo b/c FF moved my Ov solid line from the day after DTD to a few days later, and I don't agree with the new hashed Ov line. Anyhow, just wanted to pop in and day hi.

I'm so sorry mitchmoo.  I'm sorry you are feeling sad.  Take it easy.  hug2.gif

Welcome.gif to the new folks and long-time lurkers!  You are always welcome here.  I know sometimes it can be hard to jump into some threads you aren't very familiar with.  Good luck to you all in the TWW!

skeemama - Congrats on the higher progesterone # !  I have been there myself and it's so exciting to see your actions pay off.

As for me, BFN's and AF is starting today.  We were very disappointed.  Did some retail therapy and ate some cake.  Going to take a month off and then we will try again.

In 2WW too, about the end of the first week. Obsessing way too much! Last month didn't get AF until 18 DPO -- that sucked, late but BFNs from 14 dpo!! Hoping for a more normal cycle now. I'm taking supplements to try to sway light-heartedly for a girl.

question for you all - when does HCG usually leave your system after a trigger shot/Ovidrel... I hear normally 7-8 days, anyone have any other info? thanks
